During this time of the COVID-19 Pandemic, please refer to our

plans and guidelines for in-person worship.

Worship is central to the life of our church family. Our services include acts of praise, prayer, preaching, fellowship, and response to God’s Word. People of all ages have a place to participate in worship, where we connect with God, with one another, and prepare to connect with God’s world.

During this time of Covid-19 we worship together each Sunday at 10 am either in-person or online.

In-Person Worship

Our in-person service is a blended worship experience highlighting  both elements of our traditional and contemporary services. Worshippers attending in-person service will check-in upon arrival, wear a mask while inside the building and maintain a 6 foot social distance. For more information, please review our guidelines for in-person worship.

Online Worship

Those who worship with us online, can connect to the worship service on our Facebook Page or by visiting www.FlorenceUMC.com/LIVE. This online worship service is a very-similar experinece to our in-person service and is recorded earlier in the week in order to provide the best quality online worship service possible at this time. Later this summer, we plan to livestream our in-person worship service.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion is offered in all services on the first Sunday of each month*.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion in the United Methodist Church is open to everyone. You do not have to be a member of the United Methodist Church or this local congregation. All are invited to participate in this Sacrament and receive the grace God has available for you.

*There are rare occations in which Holy Communion is shared together on a varying Sunday of the month.
